Owner and trainer Brian Dawson has an advanced skill set in bringing health and fitness into the home. Dawson started his career as a certified fitness professional in 2000.
I’ve always been an active kid growing up in the the shadow of my Father, a 10 year professional athlete. I’ve participated in football, speed swimming, soccer, baseball, basketball, rugby, and wrestling. I knew when I started as a fitness professional that I had a passion for helping others. I didn’t know that I would turn my passion into a career until Dan Wirth, former UofA strength coach and owner of Sierra Fitness, recruited me to work along side him as a personal trainer.
I’ve worked in a few different studio and gym settings, I prefer the privacy of the studio, less distractions. I transitioned to a mobile trainer and found that I was able to help build a stronger and healthier community within a comfortable and convenient setting.
My pledge to my clients: help you lose weight and get stronger at home through fitness and lifestyle reconditioning so that you are able to live a happier, healthier, and longer life.
