How It Works
STEP ONE: You make the decision to change your life. Fill out a contact form and a team member will respond within 24 hours to schedule an initial phone interview. In the meantime please check out our FAQs.
STEP TWO: When your personal trainer contacts you, they will go over your health and fitness goals, work schedule, lifestyle, health concerns, space/equipment availability, and past, if any, experiences. Part of obtaining your goals is having a clear idea of what you want to accomplish.
STEP THREE: After your interview we will schedule an initial assessment. During your assessment your coach will take you through a few exercises to get a good feel of your fitness level. Your strength, endurance, coordination, and flexibility will also be assessed.
STEP FOUR: After your initial assessment you and your coach will create a plan of action journal (PAJ). Your PAJ will include your scheduled appointments with your coach, nutrition journal, suggested workouts on days off, profile photo (before you begin, during, ect.), and tips for keeping on track.
